• Web dashboard for configuration and management

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Respect Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or overload the bot
• Not use the bot to play copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

Eruptor streams music from third-party platforms. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to access and play the content they request. We do not store, host, or distribute any copyrighted content.

If you believe content played through our service infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately with details of the alleged infringement.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

Eruptor integrates with third-party music streaming services and APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of service of these third-party platforms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
